Shipping Policy
At Bacteriostatic Water Lab, we strive to provide a dependable, hassle-free shopping experience from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door. Every order is processed and shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment centers to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Order Processing
Once your purchase has been completed, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email verifying that we’ve received your order. Our fulfillment team will then begin preparing your shipment for dispatch.
After your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a second email containing your tracking information. This tracking number allows you to monitor your shipment throughout its journey and will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
If you do not receive your tracking details within two business days after placing your order, please contact our support team through live chat or email us at support@bacteriostaticwaterlab.com.
We typically process and ship all orders within 0–1 business day.

We proudly offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders totaling $200.00 or more.
For orders under $200.00, the following flat-rate shipping options are available:

To protect your privacy, every order is packaged in plain, unmarked shipping boxes with no indication of the contents displayed on the exterior.
